What Last Home Farm Grows
Last Home Farm is replete with herbs and vegetables.
Last Home Farm herbs are tended or wild harvested on our farm and lovingly used in our herbal products prepared on the farm. Our herbal preparation and assorted fruits and vegetables are available at local Farmers Markets as well.

We are a all natural farm, homestead, and herbal learning & yoga space. The farm is a true project, in the sense that it is ever-evolving. At Last Home Farm we are committed to farming with Spirit. To us that means aspiring towards harmony and connection with Nature, the ecosystem, seasons, and life in the growing awareness that all life is rooted in the same Eternal Source.
